LemmaReel uses Manim Community to render formulas, charts, and mathematical scenes. The Manim project grew from the animation work behind 3Blue1Brown; the community edition we use is maintained separately from his personal version.
Your agent plans the explanation and writes a storyboard. LemmaReel supplies the visual templates, local English speech, rendering, and technical checks. You can ask your agent to revise the story and render it again, without arranging every frame in a video editor.
A clean animation still needs a sound explanation. Check the assumptions, numbers, and wording in your material before sharing a video. Automatic checks cover the rendered file, not whether a statistical conclusion is correct.

- 1Is this another AI video subscription?
- No. LemmaReel is a one-time purchase. You use your own agent account to understand your material and create the storyboard. The CLI handles local narration and rendering.
- 2Do I need to write code or install a skill?
- You ask your agent in plain language. It writes the storyboard and calls the CLI. The workflow and templates are included, so there is no separate skill or MCP to install.
- 3What can I give it?
- A readable local PDF, PPTX, Markdown, or text file. A clear description works too. Scanned PDFs need readable OCR text supplied separately.
- 4Which computers are supported?
- The current build is verified on Apple Silicon Macs. Linux is still being validated, and Windows isn’t supported in this version. The CLI command is animeweave; run animeweave doctor to check what’s missing.
- 5Does everything work offline?
- Your agent needs a connection to its model service. Downloads, updates, and first-time dependency setup also need the internet. Installed rendering does not need to keep checking our license server.
- 6Can I use the videos in my work?
- Yes. Your own courses, presentations, and client videos are intended uses. You remain responsible for the rights to the material you provide. No LemmaReel watermark is added.
